Spiritual Health is the Key to Wholesomeness

Spiritual Health is the Key to Wholesomeness

When we think of health, we tend to think of a state where there is no illness in the body. However, that view is quite one-sided as health is not merely the absence of disease. Being healthy requires more than that; it requires the entire body to function harmoniously and pre-supposes certain wholesomeness. Early to bed and early to rise, might not be enough to make one healthy, wealthy and wise after all! Holistic wellness is attained only when one has spiritual health as well.

Just as our physical body needs food and care, our spiritual body cannot be neglected. The spiritual practices of meditation, purification and character building keep our spiritual body healthy. While the right food and the right exercise benefits our tangible form, our energy body needs spiritual energy to thrive.

We do quite a lot for our physical health. While paying attention to one’s diet and exercise is necessary, it caters to the well-being of only one aspect of our being. As humans, we are multi-faceted. Just as our physical body needs food and care, our spiritual body cannot be neglected. The spiritual practices f meditationpurification and character building keep our spiritual body healthy. While the right food and the right exercise benefits our tangible form, our energy body needs spiritual energy to thrive.

Let’s take a quick glance at the process of Divine
energy healing. God is the ultimate source of Divine healing energy. During healing, this powerful energy passes through the many higher beings (healing angels, avatars and spiritual teachers) before being channeled into the healer and finally to the person being healed. Without this energy-funnel of sorts, the strength and proportion of the Divine energy is too much to handle for any ordinary person who is being healed. Moreover, Divine spiritual healing energy is self-conscious and does not require to be guided. It is seen as electric-violet light and has the healing properties of all other color Pranas. It is usually used for serious illnesses and can result in rapid healing of many patients simultaneously.

“Light, love, power, and clarity come from a strong spiritual connection.” - GMCKS

This spiritual connection refers to the spiritual cord of every person. This spiritual cord grows with spiritual maturity and denotes the level of union one has achieved with his/her higher
soul. Oneness with the higher self is necessary for the person to be able to serve as a channel for Divine Love, Light and Power.

If diseases first appear in the
aura or energy body before manifesting in the physical body and healing the energy body heals the physical body, it is clear that there is a strong relation, an interdependent kinship between spirituality and health.

The Simple Law of Karma: What Goes Around Comes Around!

As children, our needs and requirements are very low- food, clothes, sleep. As we grow up, our wants start growing slowly and gradually. Slowly we realize as much as we work hard to achieve something, somehow we fail or the results are not satisfactory. Something holds us back. So how do we get desired results? How do we increase our earnings? How do we get higher education? How do we build our own house? In other words, how do we get prosperity? Let’s see what Grandmaster Choa Kok Sui has said in this regards. “The law of Karma is unbreakable. The  Golden Rule , when applied positively and negatively (yang and yin), will produce harmony and prosperity in your life and protect you from the vicissitudes of life.” I know what you all are thinking! How does it work? Let’s go in to a little detail. What seed would you plant if you want apples? The answer obviously is apple seeds. It is the Universal truth that what a man sows, is what he will reap. The...

Raja Yoga for Spiritual Oneness

Heaven is not here or there or anywhere. It is within you! This means that heaven is a higher state of consciousness or the gateway to heaven is within you. By meditating on the crown chakra or the blue Pearl, one can experience heaven while still having physical body.   - Master Choa Kok Sui.     In modern  Pranic healing  what we call Meditation on the Blue Pearl or Meditation on the Higher  Soul , was earlier known as Raja Yoga in ancient India. This technique of meditation is very powerful and was revealed only to a very few students in the past. Raja Yoga or Meditation on the Higher Soul is the practice of the concentration on and awareness of the ‘seed of consciousness’ or the ‘blue pearl’.   What is the need of this awareness?  Master Choa Kok Sui has said that awareness helps you to listen to the subtle voice, the whisper of your higher soul. You become aware of your Buddha nature, your soul. Awareness is necessar...
