Invocation brings down Divine Help and Divine Protection. Remember you are not just saluting the physical or another student. When you say “Namaste,” you are saluting the spiritual being within the spiritual teacher or student. Concentrate on your Crown, Ajna and Heart. Say,
Namaste! Salutations to the Spiritual Teacher within the Physical Teacher, all the Great Ones, all the Spiritual Helpers and Beings of Light...
Thank you for your Great Blessings, for your divine love and mercy, for abundance and prosperity, for divine help and protection, with Thanks and in Full Faith!
Who are the great ones? They are the Great Teachers of all great religions – Lord Buddha, Lord Buddha Kuan Yin, Lord Buddha Padmasambhava, Lord Christ, Lord Jesus, Lord Shiva, Lord Rama, Lord Krishna, the Prophet Mohammad, and others.
Pranic Healing is a bridge to spirituality. It opens a new Horizon. Arhatic Yoga consists of yogic techniques designed to help us develop spiritually. It is prehistoric in origin. Arhatic Yoga consists of techniques and energy. Energy makes the techniques work. Therefore, the blessings of the Guru and the Higher Beings are very important. Arhatic Yoga is eclectic. People from many religions (Taoists, Buddhist, Moslems, Christians, Jews and Hindus) practice Arhatic techniques. You don’t have to change your religion. You are not asked to change your religious beliefs. All people can practice within their own religion. With Arhatic Yoga, you just become a better Hindu, a better Buddhist, a better Christian.
Arhatic Yoga is not a religion, it is non-sectarian and simply leads you to the truth. In Arhatic Yoga, you are given the freedom to think, to make your own choice, your own decisions. Great beings are not restricted to a single religion. Religions are interconnected. Their roots are very deep. In Arhatic Yoga, the teachings are easy to understand because they have been predigested for you.
In Arhatic Yoga, an entire system has been given to you. First, you must Know or Understand, then you must Remember, then Practice, and finally Master the teachings and techniques. All you have to do is follow the system. Knowing alone is not enough. There’s nothing to be proud of. One must remember the teachings; regularly practice the teachings until they are mastered. The teacher may alter a technique according to the requirement of a student. As you advance in the practice of Arhatic Yoga, you will achieve self-mastery. Life will not be emotionally chaotic. Your Soul will be in control of your emotions, your thoughts and your actions. What is transformation? Transformation occurs when a greater quantity of Soul Energy descends into the lower chakras and regulates them. Another term for regulating the lower chakras is Self-mastery. Transformation requires internal awareness. Without awareness, one cannot control one’s self. One cannot achieve Self-mastery and Transformation. The purpose of awakening Kundalini Energy is to upgrade your physical body and the brain. Evolution of the Soul must be accompanied by evolution of the body, just as the evolution of a computer software must be accompanied by the evolution of a computer hardware. We cannot use the latest program on a computer that’s 10 years old. They are not compatible. The Arhatic Model used in practicing Jnana Yoga or Yoga of Understanding has been used since ancient times by Holy Masters to make their disciples geniuses. Practicing this Meditation as a group once a week will develop the mental faculty to a high degree. It will keep the mind flexible.
The Lord’s Prayer is the Science of Awakening the Chakras. Baby Arhats have a full 49 degrees of Kundalini Awakening. Their intuition is partial to fully develop. The soul reaches a high degree of maturity. The Incarnated Soul and the Higher Soul are united. Arhats must generate lots of Good Karma. Even baby Arhats have to produce Results. By the time the practitioner reaches Arhatic Yoga Level Seven, the yogi is already practising to become an Arhat. Don’t get stuck. Keep moving! How high the building depends on how deep the foundation is. For an Arhatic Yogi, nothing is taboo! Everything is subject to study. Everything is subject to examination.
